1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. One person, one account — duplicate accounts created to manipulate the referral network will be closed and their network earnings reversed.

You are responsible for your password and for anything sent from your account, including through the API. Tell us immediately if you believe your account or an API key has been compromised.

2. Credits and packages

Credits are prepaid units used to send messages. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable between accounts except through features we provide.

A package sets your network parameters and includes a bundle of credits. Packages are consumed on activation and are not refundable once the credits have been delivered to your account.

Prices and credit costs may change. Changes apply to future purchases only — credits already in your balance keep the value they were bought at.

3. Acceptable use

You may only message people who have agreed to hear from you. Buying, scraping or otherwise acquiring contact lists without consent is prohibited, as is sending anything unlawful, deceptive, or designed to defraud the recipient.

Carriers and platforms enforce their own rules on top of ours. A campaign that violates them can be blocked at the carrier without a refund of the credits it consumed.

We may suspend an account that generates sustained complaint rates, sends on behalf of a third party without disclosure, or attempts to bypass a block.

4. Advertising placement

Where we place advertising on your behalf, we act as your agent on the platform in question. You supply the content and the budget; we handle the setup and the account. Delivery, reach and results depend on the advertising platform and are not guaranteed.

We may decline to place a campaign that we believe would violate a platform policy or applicable law. Where a platform rejects or removes a campaign, unspent budget is returned to your balance.

5. Network earnings

Earnings arise only from packages purchased by real members for real use. There is no payment for recruitment by itself, and no product exists whose sole purpose is resale.

Rates, ceilings, generation limits and rank thresholds are published and may be adjusted. Adjustments apply going forward and never reduce a balance already credited to your wallet.

Earnings obtained through fabricated accounts, self-referral, or any manipulation of the placement tree may be reversed and the account closed.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are reviewed before payout and paid to the details on your profile. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details — funds sent to an address you entered incorrectly cannot be recovered.

A withdrawal fee may apply depending on your package tier. The fee is shown before you confirm.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Message delivery depends on carriers and third-party platforms we do not control.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

8. Closing an account

You can close your account at any time. Remaining credits are forfeited on closure; a positive wallet balance can be withdrawn first, subject to the normal review.

We may close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where circumstances allow.

9. What LeadHunter is not

LeadHunter is not an investment company. We do not take your money and grow it. There is no return on a deposit, no yield, no scheme that pays you for waiting. If you came here expecting that, this is the wrong place and you should leave before you pay anything.

Nobody here is authorised to promise you a return. If a member tells you that buying a package will make you money by itself, they are wrong, and saying it is grounds for closing their account.

We are a reseller. We buy message volume and access to tools in bulk, and we sell it on in smaller amounts. That is the whole business. What you pay for is what you receive — credits you can spend, at a price you can see before you buy.

10. What you are buying

A package is a purchase of credits, not a stake in anything. The credits are listed before you pay: so many for messages, so many for email, so many for the assistant. They do not expire and they are not refundable.

A package also opens the referral plan — commissions, points and the binary cycle. That is an opportunity to earn, not an income. It pays when people you introduced buy something and use it. It pays nothing on its own.

Every figure on this platform comes from real activity. Nothing on your dashboard is invented, padded or simulated. If a number looks wrong to you, ask us and we will show you where it comes from.

11. When we close an account

We close accounts that treat this as a money scheme rather than a service. That means: telling people a package pays by itself, recruiting on a promise of returns, opening accounts under other names, selling or renting access, or building a downline out of people who will never use anything.

A closed account is not refunded. Not the package, not the unused credits. What you earned before is yours and stays paid — we do not claw back commissions already settled. But the money that came in does not go back out.

We say this plainly because the alternative is worse: a platform that lets this behaviour run, then collapses and takes everyone down with it. Buying and never using is your right. Selling the platform as an investment is not.
