They do not expire. Buy them once, spend them whenever — there is no monthly fee and nothing to cancel.

A campaign stops when credits run out and resumes on the next run once you top up. It also skips contacts marked inactive and collapses duplicate numbers, so the sent count is often lower than the list size.

Requests are reviewed and paid out by an administrator, usually within a day. You get an email when it is requested and another when it is paid.

Not on your own — it locks the first time you set it, so nobody who reaches your account can redirect your money. Contact support and an administrator will verify your identity before changing it.

They are, just deeper. You hold two positions; once both are filled, the next person is placed under someone already in your network. Your network page shows exactly where each one landed, and they still count towards you.

The subsidy is credited only in months where your direct referrals meet the required volume. Your subsidy page shows how far along the current period is and what is still needed.

Check your spam folder first. Codes last ten minutes; after that request a new one. If several never arrive, tell us the number or address you used.

You do not need to. Everything the API does is on the dashboard. The API is there for connecting your own shop or software, and the sample code covers cURL, PHP, JavaScript and Python.
